When it comes to American Full-Grain Leather, Hunter offers two Scoped Handgun Holster styles, one with a strap (Scoped Handgun Bandolier: 68-200), and one without a strap (Scoped Handgun Holster: 68-100), to fit your particular firearm needs.

The 68-100 Belt Style is only available in chestnut tan with an adjustable safety retention strap to be worn on the hip. These holsters come with an adjustable hood and built-in rear sight guard that accommodates most firearm scopes. This series does not come with a strap.

Yes i would. With a few changes to holster.

This is a well made product and best suited for scoped hand gun.But the large barrel on super black hawk hunter 44 mag fits to tight and makes withdraw of gun out of holster difficult.

Taurus .17 HMR Tracker

I got this for my Taurus 17 HMR Tracker with a BSA 2x20 Edge scope. My scope rail is a Wig-A-Tinny. My only gripe is that the weight of the gun tends to want to pull the whole harness towards my waist. I might bring it to a leather worker and have them add a additional harnass on the opposing shoulder. Works great for ATV riding and walks.

Easy wearing holster

Liked the way it fit my S&W with an optic. It makes the pistol easily accessible outside several layers of hunting clothing. Definitely well made...kind of stiff initially, but the kind of leather that will wear forever and will have some very nice sheen to it over time.

This holster is for my

This holster is for my Taurus Tracker 17HMR with Burris scope. I was particularly wanting a leather holster that was not a generic size or fit. The Hunter 68-200 with its two part holster was easy to fit with several adjustments possible. In addition the snap strap is also adjustable to securely hold the gun. It did require me cutting about a 1/4" relief to the holster near the barrel end since my Taurus has a one piece scope mount which extends to the end of the barrel. Easy to do. I like it so much I used neatsfoot oil on all the leather pieces including the straps. Really looks good like a custom holster. The two piece design fully protects the gun but still allows easy access and comfortable carrying. Blue (Dusky) Grouse season is open here in Colorado and I'm ready for my first hunt with the Tracker. I'd recommend the Hunter holster to anyone. Fine piece of gun leather at a reasonable price.
