Warranty

Hunter Company holsters are sold “as is” and “with all faults”. All warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for intended purpose either express or implies, and liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any Hunter product are disclaimed and excluded from the retail sales transaction. At the time of the original retail sale and delivery, the purchaser or retailer assumes the entire risk and responsibility for determining the suitability and fitness of the product for the particular use intended. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages to the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. The illustrations shown in the Hunter literature are typical as to finish and application.
Due to variances in color saturation, the actual product may differ slightly from that shown in our catalog or online.
 
Returns
At Hunter Company we want you to love every product you receive from us, but we understand that there are times you may want to return an item. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase or because of a default -  you can return it to us, as long as you kindly follow our Returns Policy below.
You have 30 days to return the product in the mail directly to us with the original packing slip in order to receive a full refund for the item or have it swapped for another item. A restocking fee of 10% per item may apply and customer is responsible for return shipping.
An RMA # must be requested by either calling (303)-427-4626 or emailing sales@huntercompany.com before any return is accepted.
