Shipping policy

Order Confirmation
We send a confirmation email when an order is placed. Orders are processed automatically without customer input, unless there are issues such as incorrect addresses or payment problems. In such cases, we will contact the customer to verify their order details before shipping.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Our team works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Mountain Time), excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on Friday may be processed on Monday.

Shipping Methods
$5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days after shipping. See checkout for full shipping details.

Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the continental United States, depending on location and carrier conditions. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.

Once shipped, customers receive an email with tracking information. If the item says "Pre-Shipment," it means the label was printed, but USPS has not yet picked it up.

Backorders
If an item is made-to-order, the entire order will be held until it is ready to ship to avoid double shipping charges. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days, depending on the product. Customers may request partial shipments for an additional shipping fee. If an item is discontinued, we will issue a refund.

Shipping Protection & Claims
We offer package protection for every order at our discretion. Contact us within the timelines listed below for claims:

  • Marked as Delivered (Stolen): File claims between 5-15 days after delivery. Orders over $100 may require a police report.
  • Stuck in Transit (Lost): File claims between 7-30 days after the last tracking update.
  • Damaged Items: File claims with photos within 15 days of delivery.


If the carrier denies a claim for a delivered package, there is no further recourse. However, if the carrier confirms it was lost or stolen, we will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

International Orders
We do offer international shipping to many countries. To see if we ship to your country, enter your address at checkout. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping times vary by country, and estimates are provided during checkout. Generally, shipping of international orders take at least 5 business days, if not longer.
